Meditation & Pranayam

Pranayam (Breathwork): Structured, safe, progressive. Learn how breath directly affects your nervous system, energy, and mental clarity. Classical techniques that actually support wellbeing—steady, intentional, and effective.
1-on-1 Private Session with Aanish
A closed, confidential space. Bring personal truths, professional weight, emotional clutter, or questions from the sessions. Things you've never said out loud are welcome here. A space held with care, where you can speak freely and be heard without agenda.
