Underwater Sea Walk at Elephant Beach

Underwater Sea Walk at Elephant Beach

Rs. 3 800.00
Please Choose

Underwater sea walking, or helmet diving, lets you walk on the seabed wearing a special helmet that provides fresh air, offering a safe way to explore marine life like corals and fish without needing to swim or scuba dive. Participants breathe normally through a tube connected to the surface, walk on soft sand in shallow waters (around 3-7 meters deep), and are guided by trained divers, making it ideal for non-swimmers and beginners to enjoy underwater sights up close.

This activity is carried out at Elephant Beach. Boat to elephant beach is around 30 minutes from Havelock Jetty; boats wait at Elephant Beach around 3 hours and return when all passengers on the boat finish activities.

Details

You wear a weighted belt (around 4kg) and a large, clear fiberglass helmet that supplies air from the surface via a tube, keeping your hair dry and allowing normal breathing and clear views. The Walk: You descend a ladder from a platform onto the seafloor, where trained guides lead you along designated paths, often featuring corals and marine life. Experience: It feels like walking on the moon, with reduced gravity, allowing you to easily walk, observe sea creatures, and even take photos.
